Representative/Agent Member 2018 Conference Attendee Demographics

The MAFSI Conference will attract 300 reps from 145 rep agencies. Of the 300 attendees, 190 will be rep firm principals, 95 will be rep firm outside sales staff and 15 will be rep firm inside personnel.

Dates you need to know:

Set-Up -  Tuesday, January 23 – 12:00 pm

Exhibit Hours - Wednesday, January 24 - 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (optional - see attendee flow)

Exhibit Hours - Thursday, January 25- 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (during breaks - you attend all education)

Exhibit Hours - Friday, January 26 - 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (during breaks - you attend all education)

Teardown - Friday, January 26 – 3:00 pm

All networking breaks will be held in the Exhibit Area throughout the conference. You are not required to stay at your exhibit table during the entire conference and we encourage you to attend the educational sessions. We do have a few education sessions that are open only to representatives and/or manufacturers, and will be noted in the program.

Attendee Flow

All 200 manufacturers will be attending the manufacturer-only session on Wednesday, January 24 from 7:45 am - 5:15 pm and over 300 reps will be attending our new Rep only workshop from 7:45 am - 12:15 pm. The Welcome Reception is scheduled for Tuesday evening. Wednesday, January 24; Thursday, January 25 and Friday, January 26 are the main days of the conference. The only events on Saturday, January 27 is the Golf Tournament and Fishing so there will be no attendees in the exhibit area.

Shipping Instructions and Handling Fees 

If you are sending materials to the hotel, please ship to arrive no earlier than seven (7) days prior to the event. Please label all packages clearly with your name and the name of the conference along with the dates. Handling Fees: The hotel assesses handling fees for all boxes received and delivered by the hotel. Packages under 50 lbs - $7.00 Handling Fee
Packages under 150 lbs - $15.00 Handling Fee
Pallets - $95.00 Handling Fee per pallet
